Green light for Heart Sense testing on a beating heart model

In December 2019, we obtained the approval of the Ethics Commission for Research on Animals for the introduction of Heart Sense into the stage of preclinical animal trials.

Assessment of the functionality and safety of the first series of Heart Sense probes will be tested on the model of the beating heart. We will conduct a number of operations on the animal model to optimize Heart Sense technology. The aim of this stage is to assess the functionality of Heart Sense in conditions corresponding to the actual environment of coronary artery bypass grafting.
